Procedure of Coffee Board Registration
The applicant has to attach the following documents with the online RCMC(Registration cum Merit Certificate) application for fresh registration as a Member of the Coffee Board of India.
Documents needed for New RCMC
The applicant of the company needs to self-sign the following documents:
- Import Export Code Certificate
- Goods and Service Tax (GST) Certificate
- PAN Card
- FSSAI/ MSME certificate mandatory for the Manufacturer Exporter
- Bank Performance Statement
- Authorized attested signatory of related Bank
- Authorized attested Signatory of the Company
- Certificate of Registration for Private Limited and Public Limited Companies
Documents needed for Renewal
The applicant has to self-attest the following supporting documents:
- Registered RCMC copy
- Import Export Code Certification
- GST Registration Certificate
The validity of the Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) is for three years from the date of Registration.
