- Manufacture Exporter

- Merchant Exporter
Merchant Exporter is who performs the trading and imports of the raw materials, gets them produced on a job or contract manner and exports the completed tea products.
Required Documents for Tea Board RCMC
The applicant has to produce the following documents to the Tea Board to get RCMC:
- Application form in prescribed format
- Copy of Import Export Code (IEC) certified via DGFT
- Tea Board’s exporter license copy
- Declaration in the company letterhead regarding monthly export returns to Tea Board
- Application fees by D.D
*The applicant is required to submit the above documents for the renewal stage of RCMC also.
Validity
The validity of Tea Board India’s Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) ranges till the validity of the exporter license.
Application Process for Tea Board India Membership Registration
An exporter has to provide an application online for incorporating with the Tea Board. After the verification, the tea board will provide your RCMC.
The applicant has to apply for RCMC in the mentioned format and send the same to the most nearest located Regional Office or Zonal Office.
Time taken: The Tea Board India will provide RCMC within 2 working days from the date of receipt in the Head office and within 10 days if the application is provided in the Zonal/Regional Offices.
